GRAPE VARIETY: 60% Tempranillo, 20% Grenache, 20% Graciano
ELABORATION
The grape harvest is carried out in the first fortnight of the month of October, when the grapes have reached the optimal point of phenolic ripening. To make this wine, a selection of grapes is made from the plots with the best quality. Fermentation carried out in Ac tanks. Stainless at a controlled temperature between 25-28oC. Automatic control of pumping over for the extraction of aromatic and color compounds.
Twenty-four months in new American oak barrels. Twelve months in the bottle.
TASTING:
COLOR - Cherry red with a high layer and edge with a ruby ring.
SCENT - Great aromatic potential, highlighting very noble and balsamic varietal aromas combined with notes of creams and vanilla, which give it great character.
TASTE - In the mouth it is complex, sweet and round, with sweet and very noble tannins, notes of jammy black fruits stand out.
AFTERTASTE - Very long and pleasant, where balsamic aromas and flavors from barrel aging stand out in good harmony with the natural essences of this great variety.
GASTRONOMIC RECOMMENDATION
Red meats, game and cured cheeses.
