Vinification and aging

The exclusive presence of the trepat variety in our rosé cavas gives them a unique personality, since La Conca de Barberà is the largest producer of grapes and base wines of this autochthonous variety. Minimum aging of 10 months in bottle.

Tasting note

We can enjoy a cava with a suggestive cherry pink color. Clean and bright, with abundant and fine bubbles. You can find fresh aromas of strawberry typical of the variety, which also appear persistently in the mouth, where we can perceive its finesse and harmony.
