As a result of the rigorous control of the fermentation process, a prolonged maceration of 23 days and its short passage through first-use oak barrels, this deep purple wine, typical of Malbec from the Upper Zone of the Mendoza River, is born, with good structure and sweet tannins. Our winemaker highlights its intense aroma of plum, small red fruits and a note of coffee. Sweet on the palate, with a good balance, long finish and reminiscent of ripe fruits. The grapes that gave rise to this varietal come from their own vineyards in Maipú.
