Tasting notes:

Ferus Blanc de Blancs is pale greenish-yellow in color, a the nose is fresh, intense and complex, highlights the citrus and herbaceous notes, with subtle notes of white flowers.

On the palate it is fresh, unctuous and elegant, with a long finish and persistent. Ideal to accompany fish, cocktails of seafood, cheeses and light pasta.
