Singular Verdejo. Malcorta is an almost extinct Verdejo grape and now rescued by Javier Sanz who, after years of research, has created a unique wine.

The difficulty of its harvest, hence its name “malcorta”, condemned it to oblivion but its lethargy has come to an end.

Tasting notes: Malcorta is a wine surprising in nuances, floral, citrus, with a pleasant natural acidity and marked persistence. Bright pale straw yellow color. On the nose, it shows very clean and intense aromas. The aromas of citrus, white flowers, and stone fruits stand out, with soft mineral notes. In the mouth, it stands out for its marked acidity, which accentuates its fresh and lively character. Its lively character and freshness combine perfectly with shellfish, mollusks, and white meat fish, such as hake, cod or sole, grilled or baked.
